Confidential pricing
Pricing, estimates, discounts, payment terms, and quote totals are private. They are provided only to a verified, signed-in account after Chameleon Radio reviews the requested scope. Users may access only the quotes connected to their own role and organization.
Orders and approval
Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Work begins only after the scope, required files, private quote, and approval steps are complete.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery starts after complete materials arrive. The approved proposal identifies included deliverables and revisions.
Media rights
Customers must own or hold permission to use submitted music, photos, video, artwork, and logos.
AI-generated images
AI imagery is produced only with approval. Customers must have permission for all reference photos.
Airplay and promotion
Promotion covers approved placements. It does not promise listener counts, streams, sales, followers, or chart results.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the approved proposal and the work already completed.
Privacy and account access
Request details are used to prepare and deliver services. Private files, contact details, quotes, costs, and payment information are not published. Account holders cannot view another customer or organization’s pricing.
